What if I need to rent the machine longer than I planned?
This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If the machine is not booked by another customer, we can extend the length of your contract. If the machine is booked, we will do our very best to work with your schedule or assist you with finding a replacement rental.
What are the insurance requirements to rent forestry equipment?
We must receive a Certificate of Insurance from your provider listing us as an Additional Insured and Inland Marine for the equipment rented. Please see the rental contract for further details.
Do I need to fill up the rental before returning?
Fuel and DEF levels must be filled up to the level they were at the time of pickup, or additional charges apply per the rental contract.
What if I go over the hours listed on my contract?
An overage fee will be charged as described in our Rental Agreement.
